Number one issue I find that college students have with weight loss is diet. So what’s your diet like, anon?
WHats a good meal plan to loose 15lbs and stay active and strong. I am 210 lbs. I should be 185. I do not want to drop that much because i am thicker and my frame is not of a skinny guy. 195-200 would do just fine. Oh yea, in addition I am a full time student with low $$$ so i need to budget well to eat healthy. WHere do we start?
